My services include coaching with faculty, coaching with division directors and chairs, conducting policy audits, advising on policy changes, and faculty leadership training. Engagements typically last six or more months and may begin with training, a policy audit, and coaching, then continue with ongoing coaching and training maintenance.

  • I am a credentialed coach based on the gold standard credentials of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ACC-level coaching program I completed adheres to strict ethical standards and requires rigorous levels of education, experience, mentor coaching, performance evaluation, and exams to receive a certification. I also worked with the coaching company Reboot.io for years before making the leap myself.
