Moms and primary caregivers —

As a mom of two who’s been there, I deeply relate to many of the challenges you’re facing.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Maybe you…

→ Are expected to keep pouring, yet your cup is bone dry

→ Are struggling to feel engaged at work and/or with loved ones

→ Are wondering who you actually are since becoming a mom or parent

→ Feel like you’re under constant scrutiny at work and not getting the support you need

Don’t know where you want to go next in your career — or if you even want what you thought you did before

It’s not your fault that you are struggling as a mom or parent.

You are not meant to be perfect and “do it all”.

The systems we’re in don’t support moms and primary caregivers the way they should.

These things are all true — and they also don’t mean your life has to be stuck this way.

Maybe you are also…

Realizing that your current trajectory is unsustainable and something needs to change

⌲ Looking to integrate all parts of your life to create something more authentic and sustainable

⌲ Ready to be reflective and ultimately open to trying new approaches

That’s what I’m here for.

Client Testimonials

“I loved working with Coral! As a mom, my mind, my time, and my priorities were frustratingly fragmented. Coral always provided time and space for me to think through things, with gentle prompts. Overall, I ended up with the courage to go after the goals and ideas I had in my mind, and strategies to deal with all the concerns that I felt were stopping me before.”

Bo, Entrepreneur | Founder, Baby Gear Group | Wharton MBA | Mom

"When I started working with Coral, I was in a crossroads with career, motherhood, and my identity. I was actively seeking a "soft space" to release, be vulnerable, and find clarity and I found that and more working with Coral. Through our work together, I achieved a real shift in mindset and found great clarity in my professional desires. I evolved in the way that I think and feel and I learned strategies on how to effectively communicate my needs while still giving myself grace as I navigate many transitions. My biggest takeaway was affirming that there is power in my story and that my journey of self-discovery will continue to evolve.”

Gwendolyn Stevens, Educator | Student Affairs Practitioner | Mom

"I transitioned to a new role immediately after maternity leave, which led me to coaching. Coral helped me develop and implement strategies to manage difficult working relationships, disrupt negative thought patterns, and helped me achieve clarity on my career goals. Her work is enlightening, affirming, and actionable.”

✧ Explore what work/life integration looks like to you

Traditional systems are broken. As parents, we have little-to-no governmental support, sparse organizational support, and never-ending societal judgment. Through our coaching work, you’ll unearth what sustainable integration looks like for you and your family — then enact the changes to make that vision a reality.

✧ Get tools tailored to your needs

As a mom and evidence-based coach, I can relate to what you're going through — and I can provide tools to help you grow through it. Our work together will help you expand the tools in your box and respond to your needs, in a way that’s uniquely suited to you and your circumstances.

✧ Integrate mom-you with you-you

When I became a mother, my personal identity felt shattered and I didn't understand who I was anymore. Through our co-created coaching space, bring to light your evolved identity — one that integrates every part of you.

✧ Feel more grounded, connected, and at peace

While transformation doesn’t happen overnight, my evidence-based approach will help you reconnect with yourself to find a more peaceful path of growth.

FAQS

  • What you can expect to achieve depends on the goals you want to set and how we work together. I will be your guide, your facilitator, your advocate, and your supporter, but you are the owner of you, and you have ownership over what you achieve in coaching.

You can achieve transformational change if you are ready, willing, and open. You can become the leader / parent / employee / person you want to be.

  • I find the following two metaphors help illustrate the difference between therapy and coaching:

    1. A therapist is an archeologist, and a coach is an architect.

    2. As a client, you are the driver of your car. As your coach, we may sit in the passenger seat. We may hold the map and recommend we turn left or right, but you have complete control over where you drive the car. We may occasionally look in the rearview mirror to examine the past for clues about the present, but the car is always moving forward.

I also wrote a blog post about the differences between coaching and therapy.

I believe every human can benefit from both a coach and a therapist. I have both myself.

  • I am not the expert of your life; you are. However, I am an ICF-credentialed evidence-based coach.

I have worked with a range of professionals (parents and women+) - from doctors to entrepreneurs, from CEOs to managers, from small business owners to Fortune 500 execs) across various industries (technology, academia, pharmaceuticals, professional services, start-ups, public policymakers, nonprofits, etc.).

While it’s nice to be familiar with a vertical or role, coaching is about the person getting coached, not the role they hold or the vertical they work in.

I begin every coaching engagement with a free 45-minute chemistry call to ensure we’re a good fit. In this call, you and I will learn more about one another, you will engage in light coaching, and I will make space to address any questions and concerns you have.

You can move forward with coaching if we mutually agree we are a good fit. If not, I will collaborate with you to find a better solution that fits your needs.

  • The ICF is the International Coaching Federation, largely known as the gold standard for coaching certification. The ACC-level coaching program I completed adheres to strict ethical standards and requires rigorous levels of education, experience, mentor coaching, performance evaluation, and exams to receive a certification.

  • I am an evidence-based coach, which means that I work from ethical, research-based frameworks on the most effective approach in practice for coaching. While I also integrate my empathy and intuition into my coaching practice, its foundation comes from a set of rigorous academic standards.

  • After having two children and returning to work, I felt completely lost and directionless — my identity had shattered, and I didn't know who I was anymore. Over the years, I picked up the pieces and created a new vision for my life, identity, and purpose.

Now I'm on a mission to help moms and primary caregivers navigate their own journeys, for a more fulfilling and authentic path forward.
